Throughout the pandemic, I created many watercolor, pen, and marker paintings. I utilized this process to stay present at a time when I wanted to disassociate. This creation process helped calm my nervous system so that I could be a better listener for myself and others - so that I could truly care for myself and others.

I’m selling each of these paintings for $55. They are 9” x 12”. They will come with verbiage designed to invite you to tap into utilizing creative practice to benefit your well being. This instruction does not require any specific tools or prior experience. We are all creative and are happier and healthier when that part of us is activated.

Hi! I’m Alex. I’m an artist, designer, and educator who is passionate about helping people connect to their innate creativity.

I work with groups and individuals to aid people in developing tools for strengthening and regaining their personal creativity. We utilize meditation, journaling, drawing, energy work, movement, and other creative practices to gain a deeper knowing of oneself. It is a process of deconditioning from harmful constructs, while also reconnecting with useful learning and structures. This work will help you develop tools for strengthening and regaining your personal creativity.
