POV: Stretching class when your teacher “accidentally” sits on you… and you’re silently praying it wasn’t on purpose. 😅

Student: “I hope it’s by accident…”
Teacher: “You can keep hoping.”

Ballroom dancers know the truth… the stretching sometimes hurts more than the dancing. But that’s how the flexibility happens, that’s how the lines get better, and that’s how champions are made.

A little pain now… perfect splits and open hips later. 💃🔥
