We are looking for some Asian-Pacific Islander inspired COLD TREATS such as Hawaiian shaved ice, Mochi ice cream, Japanese cones, Korean frozen shaved milk etc...

Anyone? The event is next Friday, September 18th for our first ever NW Food Truck Fest After Dark: Asian - Pacific Islander Edition!

A great referral will go a long way for us! *think free food from one of our Asian trucks!*

We are helping another event coordinator find a breakfast truck for September 12th in Anoka. 7am to 1pm.

MUST be licensed with Anoka County MFU and have Anoka County Fire Protection Council Inspection completed.

Preference is given to those that can serve breakfast items along with their regular menu.

Stroll through Downtown Anoka, stop at one of the participating Social District bars for a drink (like Magillycuddys) bring it to the parking lot at Anoka City Hall, and venture to one (or more) of the most unique Asian-Pacific Islander foodpreneurs we have to offer!

We're so grateful to our friends at Elm Creek Brewing Co. and King of the Wing for hosting us this weekend!

It's always a great time when we get to hang out with friends, break bread together and share food and goods with each other.

The weather was perfect and many people came out to enjoy the Party at the Creek!

Our upcoming event this Sunday, August 23 -- August 2026 - NW Food Truck Fest at the Creek! had a couple of last minute changes and we have space for one or two more food vendors in Champlin.

Preferably 1 sweet (cookie dough) and 1 savory.
No Asian, No Tacos, No BBQ, No Burgers.

We are beyond grateful for the opportunity to serve you again for the 2nd year! Can't wait for year 3!!

We are super thankful to all of our vendors that made the day successful!

Olakino Shakes - first time working with this special owner! If you ever get the privilege to purchase from them -- you definitely will not be disappointed! So yum!! So HEALTHY and CLEAN ingredients!

Another first time vendor with us -- Chasing Sunsets Drink Co. -- you think you've had a good Dirty Soda? Nope! These guys are dirty Sodas extraordinares!

Color Me Impressed - it was so fun to see them furiously getting through not only the kiddos, but adults who were loving their temporary airbrushed tattoos!

Taste of Cebu MN USA - definitely a must try for Filipino food and amazing customer service! So delish!

Always love working with Kao Ping - such awesome folks and that Papaya Salad, WHOA🔥🥵! Deep Roots Concessions - a big supporter and lifelong partner! Gramma CC's Mini Donuts - a fan fave always! Tropical Sno MN - always such a treat to have them join us, another fan fave, especially for the kiddos! It was the perfect day for shaved ice! Wha' Jamaican LLC. - I mean Jamaican...FIRE!, Dough.Gold with their warm, freshly made cookies and a big ol' glass of cold milk sets the kids up wanting more! Cousins Maine Lobster - Minneapolis, MN - never disappoints with their Lobster Bisque! NellyUp mobile bar service is another tried and true vendor who is an artist with their giant refreshers! Rollin nolens bbq -- Their BBQ though...always a hit at our events! Finally, one of our fave vendors -- Ku•ma•in for simply showing up and sharing their love of Filipino cuisine wherever they go!

Last but not least -- Renewal by Andersen - another huge supporter of our events and Release the Craicen definitely Irish ROCKED it out for our guests!👏🏾🍀
