Creative Arts at Park

Creative Arts at Park CAAP is a multi-arts summer program for 7-15 year olds who love to create and express through art!

Creative Arts at Park provides young people with an opportunity to explore the full range of visual and performing arts and specialty sports. Students select and attend five classes for the entire camp session, with each course culminating in a final project or performance that is presented on the last day of camp at our Arts Festival. Under the guidance of professional artists, the range of over

130 classes from our ten departments allows each student to explore a customized range of creative outlets while developing critical thinking and leadership skills. Our daily Noontime Show and free period allow students to discover new talents and skills within a supportive environment which will provide them with life-long enjoyment. The non-competitive performance orientation of the program emphasizes an integral approach to the arts and creates a spirit of cooperation!

Week 4!!!!!! From our rescheduled Potluck on Monday night to CIT Appreciation Day and an awesome Shrek-themed CIT Show on Friday, it was definitely one for the books. We can’t believe that week 5 is upon us - make sure you’re staying hydrated and getting as much rest as possible!!! Week 3 dump!!! Session 2 got underway on Monday when we welcomed 66 awesome new campers, who are all well on their way to creating their own incredible art. Some classes more than doubled in size and we cannot wait to see all the amazing performances and art pieces to come on Festival Day! Less than 2 weeks until the big day!!!

What a Week 2 we had!!!! Time is flying TOO fast! Creativity is in full bloom at CAAP! Two fabulous weeks of inspiring young artists and seeing them flourish!

CAAP Fam, we are so back!!!!! We blinked and Week 1 is already over! While we dealt with some extreme heat this week, our campers and staff had a blast reconnecting with old friends, meeting new ones, and most importantly, creating some incredible art in just four days!
