BARTENDER SPOTLIGHT: NICOLE PEREZ 🍸

Meet the Superfly Delight!

Nicole Perez, bartender at localflightskitchen in Sacramento International Airport and The Rio Pub in Rio Linda, CA, created this original cocktail featuring Superfly Vodka.

Inspired by one of her favorites, the Sacramento-born White Linen, Nicole put her own spin on the classic with St-Germain, fresh lime, lavender syrup, and Superfly Vodka.

The result? A beautiful lavender-pink cocktail that’s refreshingly crisp, delicately floral, and perfectly balanced.

As Nicole describes it, “Floral, delightfully so, without tasting like flowers.”

And apparently, customers agree. She sold 13 in one day!

Huge thanks to Nicole for sharing her creation with us. We love seeing the creativity coming from behind the bar.

Cheers to the Superfly Delight!
