Dance class doesn't just belong to the kids, the teenagers, or the ones who make it look effortless in a fifteen second clip. It's not reserved for the people who already have the flexibility, the rhythm, or the confidence figured out.

It's meant for everyone, the naturals and the total beginners alike. It's meant for the person who has been thinking about trying a class for months but hasn't worked up the nerve yet. It's meant for you. Yes, you.

Comparison is so easy to fall into on this app. You scroll past dancers who have been at this for years and it's easy to forget that everyone starts somewhere, usually a lot messier and a lot more nervous than it looks online. You're doing better than you think, and you're exactly where you're supposed to be.
