Nestled perfectly in the Bahamas is Disney’s® private island, Castaway Cay!
If Castaway Cay is part of your Disney Cruise® itinerary, You’re in for a treat! All DCL ships dock right at the island, allowing cruisers to simply walk off the ship and have an entire island to themselves for a day. Yes, it’s that easy.
You’ll be greeted by some favorite character friends, including Mickey Mouse. Have a complimentary BBQ lunch on the beach, unlimited soft serve ice cream and so much more.
Disney® has perfectly crafted extending their high quality customer care directly onto the beach. You’ll find ease and convenience as you’re handed beach towels after disembarking the ship. Ample beach chairs and umbrella’s are available on 3 separate areas of beach, including an adult ONLY area.
Days at Castaway Cay are built with the foundation of relaxation. I have some great news for you because Castaway Cay has a secured children’s activity area that is overseen by Disney Cruise Line® counselors. If your child is between the ages of 3-12 and are registered to participate in the Youth Clubs on board, they are welcome to visit Scuttle’s Cove any time while you are on Castaway Cay.
