"PAST FEEDING TIME" 😾

One of my very few colored pencil drawings from 2023 is officially looking for a new home!

I absolutely LOVE this face. 😂 There is something about the expression of a cat who has decided that dinner should have happened approximately 37 minutes ago and this level of disrespect will NOT be tolerated.

I don’t do a lot of colored pencil work, which makes this one a little extra special to me. It’s an original drawing, framed and ready to hang.

Originally I had painted something completely different for the Arts at 302 5x5 fundraiser. Days before the due date I decided to paint a snake instead. This week's sketches from the elementary school pick up line!

For the last 7 years I've been waiting in line for 45 minutes to pick up my children from school. And with that time I try to practice drawing. Having that dedicated time to train myself in a skill instead of scrolling on my phone has helped so much with my confidence. 🫶🏻
