🎨Chelsea Hodum is thrilled to bring her energy and expertise back to the Minor Miracles studio starting this October! As a recent graduate of VCU Arts, she has been taught in all mediums, including Digital art and 3D sculpting. Ms. Hodum is devoted to helping her students find their unique niche and develop strong artistic growth, while loving art every step of the way. She is passionate in what she does and reflects that passion onto each and every one of her students.

Ms. Hodum is no stranger to the Minor Miracles family. Her first introduction was as a student herself as a child. As she has grown and progressed in her art career, she has served as lead assistant instructor during Art Camp and classes as well as artist assistant on mural work. 📣 WELCOME MS. HODUM! We have some lucky students this year! 👏

🎤🎨 I am excited to announce a NEW EVENT!

It is not often that I am asked to speak; usually, I am creating, exhibiting, teaching, or performing through the arts. However, this occasion is different because my talk INVOLVES art. I can't wait to share my methods on how I live in my passion without being overwhelmed by the ever-popular to-do list.

I do not claim to be perfect or know it all—there is always room for growth—but I hope that some of my methods can help you.

Please stop by this free women's event with Team WIN - Women Inspired Networking at The Meredith House this Thursday, June 25th, at 10:00 AM. As a disclaimer, there will be actual stress-free art for novices and professionals alike. I certainly couldn't omit creativity for everyone!

Saturday was such a beautiful night for the Annmarie Sculpture Garden & Arts Center Landmark Iconic American Views Artists' Reception and Exhibition in the Kay Daugherty Gallery. 70 works were chosen out of over 200 submissions. I was honored to have my piece "Crab Shack" in the show. Juror, Elizabeth T. Wilson, Head Registrar of the Smithsonian Institution Traveling Exhibition Service/Smithsonian Affiliates chose the artists' works.
