🐐 A LITTLE UPDATE FROM B&B SMIRKING LaMANCHA GOAT FARM 🐐

This page has been pretty quiet for a while, so I thought it was time for a little explanation.

Many of you remember when this page was where I shared our LaMancha goats, kids, goat milk products, farmers markets, and all the adventures that came with running a goat farm.

A lot has changed since then.

I no longer breed and sell goats like I used to, but goats and goat milk are still very much a part of what I do. I still make products using goat milk, and that part of the B&B story hasn't gone away.

What has changed is where I share it.

These days, most of my business and product updates happen on B&B Cowboy Cuts & Razor Shaves and Busted & Broke Ranch.

B&B Smirking LaMancha Goat Farm was an important chapter in the B&B story, and I have a lot of good memories — and a whole lot of goats — attached to this page. 🐐❤️

So I'm not going anywhere and neither is the page. I may just dust it off every now and then and share a little of what is still happening around the ranch.

It's still B&B. The story just took a different direction. 🤠🐐💈

Some exciting ranch news...

I'm on my way to pick up fresh mare's milk! 🐴🥛

I work with goat milk all the time, so getting the chance to make horse milk soap is an incredibly rare treat. The last time I was able to make a batch was a few years ago, and it turned out absolutely phenomenal. The lather, the feel, and the finished bars were some of my favorites I've ever made.

This isn't something I get the opportunity to do very often, so I'm pretty excited about it. If all goes well, there will be a very limited batch of handcrafted mare's milk soap coming soon.

These days we are focused on the generations of the crossbreds vs the ADGA lamanchas. Wa**er here is a borrowed ABGA 100% Boer pictured with the harem of my crossbred does avoiding the rain.

The barbershop-on-wheels is set up in Drumright today — right between Jackson Pump Supply and A-1 Liquor — from 9am until the last cowboy rides away.

🤠Men — swing by for a cleanup. Haircuts, straight razor shaves, beard trims, and the full hot towel treatment. Walk-ins encouraged.

After taking some time down due to injury, I’m aiming to get back at it next week.

I’ll be set up Tuesday & Wednesday at the Jackson Pump Supply A-1 Liquor location in Drumright to ease back into the swing of things and see how i hold up.
