Gritty Flyright & The Music Family will be headed to Bristol Rhythm & Roots Reunion September 11-13 for their second festival appearance! ⚡️🎶

Wesley Ryan Liston, known professionally as Gritty Flyright, is an American singer-songwriter and storyteller. With shows ranging from the acoustic listening room experience to a full band performance with “The Music Family” you can hear echoes of classic and outlaw country, touches of soul and blues, and the true essence of what it is to be a working class American artist.

The eighth generation South Carolina native takes inspiration from his upbringing in the hills of Woodruff down to the coast of Charleston, where he currently resides. Gritty’s songs beautifully reflect his own southern experience while also speaking to many of the issues that affect us all, such as love and loss, issues of sobriety, or the polarization of our society.

Laid Back Country Picker is returning for his second performance at Bristol Rhythm & Roots Reunion, Sept. 11-13, 2026! ⚡️🎶

Laid Back Country Picker plays good music and treats everybody right. He has played and recorded with Grammy winners. He has performed at the fabled Ryman Auditorium, Bonnaroo and Red Rocks. His show combines 70s guitar rock, honky-tonk and punk, all with hillbilly sensibility.

His band features the powerhouse drumming of his silent partner “Honey”. In her curlers and moo-moo, Honey has no time for foolishness. Laidback Country Picker attracts fans from many genres, including rockabilly, punk and metal, as well as more traditional country and rock and roll purists. He has toured the nation and can be heard regularly on Sirius Outlaw Country. Rejecting the modern for the surreal, Laid Back Country Picker and Honey deliver a unique musical experience.

The Moga Family Band is coming to State Street in Historic Downtown Bristol for their Bristol Rhythm & Roots Reunion debut, Sept. 11-13! ⚡️🎶

The Moga Family Band is a powerhouse collective blending soulful vocals, jam-band-worthy musicianship, and pop-friendly hooks. Hailed as the trailblazers of contemporary blues, this Nashville-based "chosen family" has quickly evolved from a local secret to a national force.

Featuring the dynamic talents of Sister Emme Cannon (vocals), Uncle Eric Fortaleza (bass), Brother Jake Baynes (guitar), Cousin Cav Mims (keys), Papa Dekar Justus (drums), and Baby Owen Fader (vocals/sax), the group’s individual resumes are as impressive as their collective sound; members have toured with heavyweights like Cory Wong, Victor Wooten, Keith Urban, and Lainey Wilson.
