And finally done ā¤ļø

Thereā€™s a part of us weā€™re taught to hideā€”the anger, the bitterness, the sharp edges. But those ā€œdemonsā€ didnā€™t appear out of nowhere. They were built to protect us, to defend something softer underneath. The truth is, our anger often comes from the parts of us that cared the most and didnā€™t feel safe.

What if, instead of fighting those parts, we listened to them? What if the anger isnā€™t something to erase, but something to understand? Sometimes the loudest, messiest pieces of us are the ones that loved us enough to survive.

Healing isnā€™t about becoming pure or perfectā€”itā€™s about learning how to sit beside every version of yourself and say, ā€œI see why youā€™re here.ā€
