Rest in power to our great mountain queen.. there are few in history that can say they did even a fraction of what Dolly did for her community, her state, and Appalachia. She brought folks together under the banner of common good in a way we’re not likely to see again in our lifetimes… but we can try, and I hope we can.. just be a little more like Dolly Parton everyday of our lives ♥️

We are delighted to host the debut exhibit from Johnson City ink & collage artist & musician W. Andrew Gibbens in the Red Room on Friday, September 4th from 6-8PM!

🪘Featuring a live musical performance from Maggie Ledes

Andrew will be showcasing a selection of new and older works in the HollerHouse Red Room during the month of September. The exhibit will feature India ink brushworks, collage, and linocut block prints.

Andrew has explored a number of visual mediums throughout the years alongside past work as a chaplain and a musical career as a drummer with bands such as Charlie Maples, this mountain, and Amythyst Kiah & Her Chest of Glass. Andrew’s experimental music project, Lyberarchelulo, has been featured a few times for HollerHouse events.
