Completed collector's box for the Flordemayo art doll. I painted the Vision Serpent on the front door, the moon and sun on either side, and ears of corn as well as corn seeds. The box is lined with silk fabric. The inside of the door panel is lined with handmade Japanese paper.

Just completed a new Grandmother Flordemayo. Polymer clay head, chest plate, fore arms and hands. Her face was detailed and painted with acrylics and pastels. Wool felted body over a wire armature. Her wig is made of alpaca, mohair and sheep’s wool. The tunic is silk with an antique lace panel and abalone shells at the neckline. Her jewelry is made of jade, silver and other semi-precious stones. This piece is spoken for, but you can commission your own unique portrait doll by messaging me for details and price.
