We are thrilled to announce that we will be hosting an art show for BAC members for October 2026 at the Bay Shore-Brightwaters Public Library! We are holding an open call for artists to submit their best works that showcase their individual talents in their preferred styles & mediums. This will be limited to 2D works, see prospectus in our application form for full details. Apply with the link below:

Payasita Conchita has been an active vendor with us for many events! They create handmade and customized accessories like hats, headbands, Mickey ears, brushes, handbags and more! These colorful and bedazzled creations are always a favorite. They have also shown up with costumed friends like Stitch and done face painting in the past. Join us on Saturday, March 21st as we celebrate International Day of Happiness and the first weekend of Spring with “Spring into Joy: A Mindful Art and Movement Gathering” at our local Pilates & Yoga studio- in Brightwaters!

✨We will begin with a 30 minute gentle yoga flow instructed by Studio 175 owner, Kristina Pantaleo, following our yoga session we will guide you through a creative Zentangle and watercolor art activity.
✨Zentangles are a meditative art form used to promote relaxation, mindfulness and stress reduction. This session will leave you feeling lighter, filled with purpose & positivity as we move into this season of new beginnings!

✨Register through the link in the flyer (also in our bio)
✨Space will be limited to 15 participants.
✨You will need to bring your own yoga mat to the event
✨ All art supplies will be provided for you at our session.
