The Spiral Jetty. This is no natural occurrence. This is “earthwork” that was created by Robert Smithson in 1970. Has become a Salt Lake destination for photographers and explorers. It does have a bit of a mystical / fairytale vibe to it. I see the attraction.

However, for .daisy and I, the real beauty of this micro adventure was the spontaneous journey itself, the time spent together and the unexpected. I believe these factors are true of all memorable adventures. The reason we continue to seek new destinations and go.
