ART Doing Good is my way of turning art into action. Since launching in 2021, this initiative has raised over $70,000 for nonprofits doing vital work—feeding families, supporting children, funding cancer research, and more. Each project starts with purpose. From bold original paintings to limited-edition prints, every piece is created to raise both funds and awareness for causes that matter. It’s about connection, generosity, and the joy that art can spark—for both the collector and the community. https://www.spominville.com/about-art-doing-good

Susan Pominville: From the time I was old enough to hold a crayon, I've had a love for color. This passion has guided and inspired me throughout my training in college, founding two of my own businesses, as well as an outlet for bold, meditative and illuminating self-expression alike.

My true joy comes through plein air painting as a free, impressionistic view of both my surroundings and what my mind's eye can conceive. Splashes of color focus attention on the happiness found in life’s small moments and details that are often overlooked.

Art doing good is a web page that can be viewed at S Pominville.

I’m real happy with how this one turned out. It’s a continuation of my farm story series. This one is based on the idea that back in the day my father-in-law used to plant sunflowers between the rows of corn to help break up the hard soil so the corn roots could push through the soil easier. Sunflower roots and their deep taproots also pull nutrients and water to the surface so the companion plant can benefit-Im calling this one ‘Deeply Rooted’ Hope u like it!
