In Shakespeare’s time, all female roles were played by men or boys?!
Women weren’t allowed to act on the public stage in England until 1660—about 44 years after Shakespeare died! So Juliet, Lady Macbeth, and even Cleopatra were all originally played by young men in wigs and makeup! Sometimes that added comic relief to the plays!

We're so very sad to announce that unfortunately we will NOT be holding our annual Summer Drama Camp this year as planned. There are many variables that have led to this decision -but HEY it gives us more time to gear up for 2026 and bring it back even better!
