Workshops for the 2026 Alabama Fiber Festival are officially LIVE - reserve your spot today: alfiberfest.com/workshops

All 33 workshop listings are color-coded by time slot, so it's easy to see at a glance what's happening when - and avoid accidentally signing up for two classes that overlap.

🟠 Friday Morning (10am–1pm)
🔵 Friday Afternoon (2pm–5pm)
🟢 Saturday Morning (10am–1pm)
🟡 Saturday Afternoon (2pm–5pm)

Every class listing uses the same color for its time slot, so if you're eyeing a few workshops, just check the colors before you check out - same color means you'll need to choose between them.

Classes cover everything from spinning, weaving, tatting, kumihimo, knitting, crochet, and more - taught by an incredible lineup of instructors. Spots are limited, so don't wait! We can't wait to see you November 13–14 at the Vestavia Hills Civic Center.

We are truly blown away by the number of applications we’ve received so far. Thank you to everyone who has applied so far, it’s going to make for an incredible festival… and some very tough decisions on our end.

Our team will be reviewing all applications submitted this month, and decisions will be sent out no later than the end of May.

We are soooo ready to share this year's artwork with you, and can't be more pleased with how it turned out!

We got such great feedback about the artwork for 2025, so we worked with again for 2026. This year features some of the same fuzzy faces you've seen, but new "larger than life" fiber arts tools!
