We are still getting questions about the changes and confusion from customers.

I want to provide an important update regarding Fun Factory. The new ownership took over last February, and some of the original play equipment is no longer available. This includes items that were part of Tiny Town, such as the stage and theater room items, the pirate ship with slide, and the original pizza shop equipment.

New equipment and play areas have been added, and availability may differ from what was there previously. If you are planning a visit or event, please check with the new ownership team to see what is currently available.

Please be aware: Some information on the website, social media, pinned posts, and event listings may be outdated or inaccurate at this time and have not been updated.

Please note that the areas formerly known as Tiny Town are permanently gone, so it’s important to verify before booking to ensure your expectations are met.

Dear Families,

I’d like to clarify the timeline surrounding the recent playhouse transition at the Fun Factory.

After stepping away from daily operations in February, the playhouse assets were intentionally left in place to avoid disrupting families and to allow new management time to adjust. In June, management was notified that the playhouses would eventually be removed, and several options were offered at that time: acquiring the equipment, merging the businesses, or having the items removed. The decision was made to move forward with removal.

The original move-out date was set for October 15th. There were adjustments to the timeline afterward, including a request to shift the transition to an earlier week in October. After several schedule revisions and final agreement on the date, the move-out began in November.

Because it appeared that additional preparation time might be helpful, an extension was offered to leave the playhouses in place until December 1st. Management confirmed to both myself and the landlord that the space was ready and requested that the removal proceed immediately, and the transition was completed accordingly.

Although I am no longer involved in daily operations, I understand that some families may have experienced disruptions during this period. While I do not oversee current operations, I am available to help facilitate resolutions for any families affected by the transition.
