Are we done yet? Nope, not yet but we’re getting close!!

Along with working on this quilt, I’m also a mom I’m also trying to knit a sweater, I’m also a member of my church and have an active participating role, I also have soccer practices, park dates, so life just gets busy sometimes, but I can assure you that we’re almost done! All that’s left to do is quilt the lines the other way and bind it. I’m gonna say that we have two more days of working on this quilt.

Quilt update!!! All we have left is to quilt and bind it!! Hows it looking so far? I think we’re doing pretty darn good, especially for my first big ‘real’ quilt.

Life has been busy in the best way.
Harvesting the last of the marigold seeds, cucumbers and tomatoes.
Pulling out the winter clothes and finding my old shirts among them. Unfortunately this one is still too big for the boys.
Tennis sessions in mom made pants. These are a lowland pattern but I modified it because the drop crotch was tooooo low.
Early morning quilt sessions. Quilting is about halfway done
School is back in session and with that we do early drop offs afternoon pick ups and sports. Busy busy but fun to see them learn and grow.

The quilt top is done! All we have left is to quilt it and bind it. I’m thinking some diagonal lines? If you have any input, I would love if you could share it in the comments down below.
