I have the day off so I slept in until 8:00 a.m. got up and immediately started working on stuff for Riverfest and heller orchards and just now realized an hour and a half later I never even opened the curtains. No wonder it's so damn dark and dreary in here.

Just in time for Riverfest baby bar and pine tar will be back on the shelves. John and I have been spending a lot of time getting ready for the show. I made a ton of pixie dust last night and now tonight will be lotion bars and face scrub.
I'm packing an order amidst the chaos of the show preparation and of course Theodore is helping as always.

Who is excited for Riverfest??? No parking fee and no entry fee just an awesome time.
This is crunch week for John and I. We will be spending the next couple nights making sure everything is good to go.

I don't always wear a mask when we make soap, but if I do you can pretty much guarantee that we're making pine tar.

Motivated morning thanks to a post from Aaron Smithgall.
Art may be beautiful as a finished piece, but in the process it's a sloppy crazy, chaotic ball of love hate and sometimes pain.
I've bled for my art. I've burnt for my art. I've cried. I've yelled. I've cussed and screamed for some pieces but they're always worth it in the end and I wouldn't ever want to stop.
