So who are these people?
Let us introduce you to Old Exit 19!
CAROL JENDRAS (left) is a pianist, composer, and professional accompanist. She was surrounded by music as a toddler, and was immediately taken hostage. She began piano lessons at age 6, and is classically trained in piano, voice, and musical theater, earning a B.S. degree magna cm laude from NYU. She has directed the Putnam Chorale Summer Ensemble and church choirs, and teaches piano and voice primarily in Putnam and Fairfield counties. In addition to her work with Old Exit 19, she performs with Aurelia in the chamber duo Salon 1900.
BOB CINQUE (center) wrote and composed the rock musical "Pheenom", which ran off-off-Broadway in the late 1980s, and then embarked on a legal and political journey that led to Old Exit 19.
Prior to joining Old Exit 19, he has performed in many Hudson Valley venues over the years, both as a solo artist and with groups such as Fast, Cheap and Loud and Jammers and Company.
AURELIA LANDON (right) started playing the violin at age 5, and is currently concertmaster of the Putnam Symphony Orchestra. In addition to her classical training on violin, she is also a classically-trained soprano, currently performing with the Putnam Chorale. She is also a skilled violin and bow maker, and plays one of her violins in performance. Aurelia has embraced many genres of music over her career – in addition to her classical experience, which includes performing with Putnam Strings, she has performed in an a ca****la ensemble singing Beatles songs, a Pink Floyd cover band, and a Gala band, as well as the chamber duo Salon 1900 (with Carol). She brings all of these influences to her work with Old Exit 19.
