And the spring line up continues to roll out! Weisse Weisse Baby - Berliner Weisse is here. Berliner Weisse is a classic German Wheat beer famous for its lactic sourness, low alcohol content and crisp finish. Try to the O.G. Version or add Raspberry or Woodruff syrup to it.

Another day and another beer release. Introducing the Carolina Common: Listener Powered Beer.

We brewed this in collaboration with Oskar Blues for WNCW. Let’s support listener powered radio like never before!

This beer is an amber cream ale/lager hybrid. Modeled after a Kentucky Common which was historically brewed as a hybrid with ale and lager yeast strains to produce a beer that
boasts a rich mahogany color, low bitterness, notes of caramel, spice, and corn giving it a smooth flavor and pleasant aroma.

In addition to brewing this as a collaboration with Oskar Blues, we used locally malted barley and corn from Riverbend Malt House.
