COMMUNITY SUPPORT NEEDED!

After many years, I’ve made the decision to sell the bar/venue to Vinnie’s Emporium. We’re excited about this next chapter and the opportunity to keep this location active, locally owned, and community-driven.
The new owner is experienced and already operates Vinnie’s in Concord. Their vision for the space includes live music, community activities, a full bar, and a restaurant for guests 21+ — creating a vibrant local destination while continuing to support the Brentwood community.
Unfortunately, Brentwood planning staff is currently recommending DENIAL of the Conditional Use Permit (CUP) needed for this transition to move forward.
Right now, community support is incredibly important.
If you support:
• Keeping this venue open and active
• Supporting local small businesses
• Bringing investment and jobs into Brentwood
• A responsible establishment for adults in our community
• Live music and local entertainment opportunities
