Help Frank Kasy - the Real Life Superman 🙏🏻
Hi there, I wanted to share a heartfelt cause. Frank Kasy, a longtime friend and the inspiration behind many superhero illustrations, is facing serious health challenges and needs surgery. This campaign was created to help support his medical care and family during this difficult time—any donation or share would mean a lot. Please consider helping if you can.
The longtime friend and model I have used for Superman, Captain America, the Human Torch, and many, many other characters is in terrible health. My friend Frank Kasy is suffering from a number of conditions and will be undergoing surgery. We don't know how well he will make it through this ordeal, as much of the last year he has had extensive hospital stays.
Frank asked that I help put together a GoFundMe campaign to assist his family, as this may be the end of the road for him, and he is looking out for his ailing wife and son. Frank is 70 years old and was victim to the declining work availability in the advertising illustration field that I worked with him in. His loss of income has caused him a great deal of hardship.
Frank is one of my oldest friends and most influential people in my life as the lead inspiration of how I depict superheroes, particularly Superman. I am going to do what I can for him myself in addition to this campaign. I ask for your consideration to help him as well, given that his legacy is as a symbol of great empathy.
