We are so excited to welcome Kelly to the Studio K team!

“I’m a professional climber and guide by trade, with a lifelong connection to movement and the outdoors. I began pole in 2024, initially drawn to its athleticism, strength, and crossover with climbing and calisthenics. What I found was much more than a physical challenge — I fell in love with the confidence, positive connection with my body image, and sense of community pole brought into my life.

My work has always been grounded in movement, mentorship, and creating spaces where people can grow through challenge and connection, and I’m excited to carry that same energy into my work as a pole instructor.”
