What a job! Its been at least 24 years since these chandeliers have been cleaned / bulbs replaced. Each one was meticulously washed, and re-bulbed with "warm colored" LED bulbs.

We also took advantage of the tall ladder and replaced a broken chandelier pane and touched up some of the paint on the tin ceiling.

“When life gives you lemons, you make the best lemonade!”

Some water damage from ALLLL of the summer rains forced us to make some repairs. In doing so, we exposed a portion of the orginal terra cotta block, original plaster layer, and a small mailbox slot!

The majority of our interior design is white, simple, clean, and modern BUT incorporating some thoughtful, colorful moments in select areas is PRETTY awesome too!

99% of the time, the building is bustling with events, classes, appointments, construction work, restoration efforts, and ongoing maintenance.

The other 1% of the time, the building rests - adorned with familiar echoing organ hymns from the past.

As we continue to fully restore this building, we remember those who built the building in 1875 and the parishioners who called this place home up until 2002.

The facade restoration along the courtyard side is just about complete!

Such a process to repair and restore each 14’ tall window!

The original 151 year old wood siding was in immaculate shape - scraped, puttied, and two coats of paint!
