We don’t “do” yoga we yoga “train” not only our bodies but also learning how to cope with resistance. Yoga props provide stability, focus, support but also resistance against our old body habits. As we learn new body habits the resistance is hard to find the middle compromise and remember to rest in stillness and breath.
