The Clinton County Showcase Board is made up of passionate volunteers who believe deeply in the power of community theatre. They guide our mission, steward our resources, support our production teams, and help ensure that the magic on stage continues season after season. From long-range planning to opening night applause, their leadership keeps the curtain rising at the Avon Theatre. Their commitment goes far beyond meetings and motions. They are champions of the arts in our community, advocates for creativity and inclusion, and proud supporters of every actor, technician, volunteer, and patron who walks through our doors.

Our stellar ensemble is ready to send tidy plans out the exit sign and welcome delightful chaos on stage in CCS’s upcoming production of “Exit Laughing!” ❤️🙌🏻🎭

They’ve sat at the same kitchen table for thirty years, cards in hand and laughter filling the room. When one of their foursome inconveniently dies, Connie, Leona, and Millie decide one last bridge night can’t wait for the eulogies. They “borrow” the ashes from the funeral home, and what starts as a quiet, bittersweet game quickly explodes into the wildest night of their lives and a brand-new way of seeing what it means to truly live. It’s SUPER BOWL SUNDAY and Bernard’s got a game plan of his own in CCS’s production of “Boeing Boeing!” As the kickoff clock ticks, he’s calling plays between flights, juggling three stewardesses and hoping no one notices his perfect formation. Tech week for “Boeing Boeing” touched down with takeoff‑worthy audiences! CCS patron Lois Holthaus wanted to spend her birthday at Showcase and we were delighted to grant that birthday wish, welcoming the birthday girl, her family, and friends to kick off dress rehearsals. Later in the week, 40 members from Community Link filled the house with contagious energy! Having both groups felt like the perfect pre‑flight celebration leading up to opening night! ✈️🎉🎂
