South Park showed up. The steins suffered. 🍺

Highside Oktoberfest in Fairplay brought out the lederhosen, Märzen, pig roast, polka and some extremely determined stein-hoisting arms.

Huge thanks to everyone who came out, dressed up, drank German b**r with us and helped turn our little corner of Fairplay into Bavaria at 9,000 feet for the day.
We learned a few things. Mainly that you people take holding a b**r very seriously.

Oktoberfest 2027. Consider this your warning.

This week, the Highside family is holding Diego and the entire Andraca familia a little closer.

They said goodbye to Buddy, a dog who was deeply loved and clearly knew exactly how lucky he was. He got the kind of life every dog deserves: full of family, adventure, laughter, familiar faces, and the comfort of knowing he belonged.

There are some dogs who become part of the architecture of a family. They’re there for the ordinary days, the hard days, the celebrations, the chaos, the quiet moments, all of it. And then one day, their absence somehow feels far bigger than the space they ever took up.

Buddy had an outstandingly beautiful life because he was surrounded by people who loved him completely. And from these photos, it looks like he returned every ounce of that love right back.

Diego, we love you. To the Andraca family, we’re thinking of you, grieving with you, and celebrating one very good boy who left behind a whole lot of love.

Rest easy, Buddy. You were so, so loved. 🤍🐾
