Learn how to recognize and preserve those moments with Breckenridge Texan publisher and photojournalist Tony Pilkington in this two-part photography class at the Breckenridge Fine Arts Center.

Drawing on decades of photojournalism experience and real assignments from the Breckenridge Texan, Tony will share practical techniques that anyone can use to take better photographs. You'll learn how to move beyond automatic settings and gain creative control of your images while developing the skills to capture meaningful moments and tell compelling stories.

Topics will include:

Join instructors Cheyenne Trammel and Cass Coppenbarger for four fun-filled days of creativity, learning, and hands-on art projects.

🎨 Little Campers (Grades 1–2)
10:30 AM – 12:30 PM

🎨 Young Campers (Grades 3–5)
1:00 PM – 3:00 PM

⭐ Every camper receives an official Art Camp 2026 apron!

💲 Cost: Only $5 for all four days!

🎨🀄 The Art of the Game

This weekend, the Breckenridge Fine Arts Center was filled with laughter, learning, strategy, and new friendships as Mahjong players gathered to sharpen their skills and discover the beauty of this timeless game with our fabulous instructor Liza Ellis!

Like any art form, Mahjong blends creativity, pattern recognition, patience, and practice. Most importantly, it brings people together.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for our Beginner and Experienced Mahjong classes. We loved seeing the excitement around the tables and watching new players gain confidence with every hand.

At BFAC, art isn’t limited to what’s hanging on the walls. Sometimes it’s found around a table, shared among friends.

We can’t wait to do it again!

Need flexibility with artwork delivery? We're happy to work with artists on alternative drop-off times, including before hours, after hours, and weekends by appointment.
