📆 Join us this Friday, August 21, from 4-7 PM for the opening reception for Preserving Edisto Through the Power of the Arts at Bailey House, 8083 Point of Pines Road, Edisto Island, SC.

The exhibition will run from August 21-29, from 10 AM - 5 PM daily.

Local SC artists have been at work for months, capturing the natural beauty of this historic property to benefit the mission of EIOLT in protecting this muse that has inspired generations of artists.

In 2024, Preserving a Picturesque America (PAPA) had a celebrated exhibition in Charleston with modern interpretations of artwork created in the 1800s. To follow up on its success, this exciting show in Edisto will feature NEW locations also considered picturesque and in need of preservation. It is a continuation of PAPA’s mission to create collectible artwork that helps bring awareness and protection for significant places in South Carolina.
