Don't miss the Battle of the Badges "Anything Over Rice" Cook-Off featuring Jamie Bergeron & The Kickin' Cajuns! Admission is just $10 for unlimited sampling and dancing, and as always… BRING YA ICECHEST! We only have about a dozen 30-amp RV sites left, so grab yours before they're gone.

Cook teams can set up starting Friday (stop by the main office first). Remember, each team needs a badge member, and keep an eye on our page for t-shirt previews coming soon!

Wow!!! What a great weekend for such a special cause…… St Judes children’s hospital!Special thanks to everyone that competed and worked this cookoff!!
Congratulations to all the winners and a special thanks to Down South heroes Ms Gretchen - Big Show Mike,Shamoo and all the members for allowing Cajun Heritage to host this event!! We are truly grateful and look forward to our continued support of St Judes and Down South heroes!!
Dj Big Al & Cajun Roots tore it up as usual!
Next up is the BATTLE OF THE BADGE anything over rice Cookoff on September 18th featuring Jamie Bergeron and the Kickin' Cajuns from noon til 3pm!!
Following that is September 25th the BLACK POT COOKOFF featuring Clifton Brown and The Rusty Bucket Band!!

Join us for the 2026 St. Jude’s Boudin & Cracklin Cookoff, co-hosted by Down South Heroes at Cajun Heritage RV Park! Bring the family out for a day full of delicious Cajun food, live music, and fun for a great cause.

📋 REGISTRATION & RULES
Sign up the morning of the event right in the office! Entry is $30 per two-man team, and all cooking must take place around the pavilion.
🥩 CRACKLIN DIVISION
Teams must start with 15 lbs. of pork fat, with turn-in scheduled for 12:00 PM sharp.
🌭 BOUDIN DIVISION
Teams must cook at least 15 lbs. of finished product, with turn-in scheduled for 1:00 PM.
🎶 ENTERTAINMENT LINEUP
Enjoy live music featuring K-BON's DJ Big Al, followed by The Cajun Roots Band!
