*****2026 BBQ COOKOFF RULES*****
*****PORK STEAK DIVISION
Must cook at least 6 pork steaks
Turn in one pork steak at 12 noon
*****CHICKEN DIVISION
Must cook at least 6 chicken halves
Turn in one chicken half
1pm turn in
***** BABY BACK RIBS
Must cook at least 3 slabs
Turn in a half a slab of ribs
2 pm turn in

All DIVISIONS will be judged on
Appearance- make it pretty 1-10
Texture- Make it tender 1-10
Taste - make it taste good! 1-10
So a perfect score per judge would be 30!
$30 per division
1st-3rd place in each division
You may cook all 3 and compete for Grand Champion!!!!!
Must cook around the pavilion
You may set up tents Friday
Signup morning of event at office 8-10am
You may start cooking early Saturday before sign up at daylight!
