🚨 ATTENTION OUT-OF-STATE ARTISTS 🚨
If you will be tattooing at the Table Rock Tattoo Convention, you are required to obtain a Temporary Missouri Tattoo Practitioner License.
Please complete this AS SOON AS POSSIBLE to ensure you are properly licensed before the convention.
How to apply:
1. Visit the Missouri Office of Tattooing, Body Piercing & Branding.
2. Select Forms for Licensure.
3. Scroll to Application for Temporary Establishment/Temporary Practitioner License.
4. Select Temporary Practitioner License Application.
5. Complete all required information and submit your application.
Please do not wait until the last minute. All out-of-state artists are responsible for obtaining the proper Missouri license before tattooing at the convention. https://pr.mo.gov/tattooing.asp There will be on site licensing, but we suggest you pre register.
