A note from the page founder:

From the bottom of my heart, I would wish every one of you a very, merry Christmas. I hope that you all will be having (have) a safe holiday. Let it be cheerful, bright, and joyful. And forget what it is all about, for a child who as born in a manger. A child who gave us life ever lasting.

Also, I would like to thank each and every one of you for your support, this page would not be here if it wasn't for all the FSDL fans.

With all good hope and good times that are yet to come and with my sincere,

Ryan Ray

There's a fresh face in front of the Branson Depot today! If you follow our social accounts or local railfan pages, you know we've had something big in the works. We're proud to announce locomotive 3460, a mighty six-axle EMD SD40-2, has arrived in our new paint scheme and will begin pulling trains tomorrow. At 3,000 horsepower, 3460 is our most powerful locomotive and has features like dynamic braking to help our trains conquer the steep grades of the White River Route.💪

Worried about our classic locomotives 98 and 99? Don't fret, they're not going anywhere. This new power simply allows us to improve maintenance cycles and provides more operational flexibility than we've had in the past.

Thanks to our friends at Metro East Industries in St. Louis for the prep work and beautiful CB&Q-inspired paint job!✨
