Foodie Friday is just 1 day away!

This Friday, we’re taking Foodie Friday to Freskos, a greek restaurant on Whitney Avenue in Hamden!

If you haven’t tried Freskos yet, this is your chance. Gyros, souvlaki, Greek salads, feta, tzatziki, and yes… dessert. Lots of good reasons to join us! Freskos has also been named Best Greek Restaurant in New Haven County by Connecticut Magazine for three years in a row.

As always, you do NOT have to be a Chamber member to join us. Come grab lunch, meet some great people, and help us support another local Hamden business.

Today at the Whitney Center!

Join Winfred Rembert Jr. for a special afternoon celebrating the Rembert family legacy. Winfred will share stories about his father, the late artist Winfred Rembert Sr., followed by a live demonstration of the unique art of painting on carved leather. Attendees will learn about the tools, techniques, and craftsmanship behind this extraordinary art form, with a few volunteers invited to participate.
