📢 IMPORTANT: We are taking a break from today Sunday till Wednesday morning, classes will resume Wednesday 12:00 noon for virtual yoga wheel and we're working on balancing and hand balancing. We are looking for new students to take this class live or later, we've been going strong virtually for 6 years. If you're are interested in that class check out my website dragonhooper.com.
