Hey D4D fam & community, we need your help!

D4D has a total of 3 units which all have separate AC units. The units are the responsibility of the tenant, not the landlord. Each unit brand new costs about $10,000+ installed.

We recently just installed a new unit on the furthest left unit (the big room & small) room, again costing us about $10,000. We are now in need of repairs & potentially a new unit for the acro room. 🫠

If we are in need of a new unit, this is $20,000+ in less than 2 months. Any donations are greatly appreciated, as these are great expenses we were not anticipating to have.
