Slow cooked, richly spiced & full of flavor. Our Tagine Style Lamb Shank takes inspiration from Morocco’s traditional tagine, a slow-cooked dish named after the clay pot with a cone-shaped lid it’s cooked in. Served with apricot couscous, toasted pine nuts, preserved lemon & fresh herbs.
