‼️ SUITE HOLDERS/USERS ‼️
We are getting a couple people wondering and asking questions about the suites.
Here’s the deal,
They are to be used day of races only to keep
You out of the elements and more comfy place to watch racing.
With that, over the years people have clearly trashed them, abused them, etc
We will not tolerate that.
There are so many old appliances, fridges, etc that we are paying to get rid of let alone the man power to do so.
SHUT THE A/C OFF! EACH week after the races.
No space heaters period!
If you want blankets and pillows in your suite they must be kept in a plastic storage tote when not in use and during the week.
At the the race tracks we own and even our friends we visit and out of state tracks we visit while chasing the Lucas oil series, don’t allow all the extras to stay in them.
Suites have a radio, chairs, mini fridge, etc and nice decorations to make it your “own”
Space.
We cannot have fire hazard things in these suites, we cannot keep having people haul up their own full size fridge then for us to dispose of it later.
We will slowly be working on upgrading and making these suites a little better and cleaner in the future.
At the end of the night, pick up your trash, put your blankets away in a tote if you use them, make them clean and presentable.
It’s pretty simple, if you want to abuse them, if you want to leave them dirty and gross and not follow the rules, you will now be allowed to rent one or use one.
Help us keep the prices down for you! The more labor and cleaning we have to do each week or the repairs and if you leave the A/C on and are careless will wreck it for everyone and prices will go up or you will just not be able to use the suites.
You may live like a pig at home but not at ours.
