We would like to thank all the people that came out to Lakes Rodeo on September 6. It was cold and a little raining but it was also a fun night. You are the best!

It's almost Rodeo time!

Tickets still available for Lakes Rodeo on Saturday September 6 at CUB Foods Brainerd and Baxter, The Green Lantern Bar and Grill or online at www.lakesrodeo.com.

It is going to be Bull Bucking fun time!

Food and Beverages will be available for purchase during the Rodeo and Concert to include Ice Cold Beer and a Full Bar.

FUN FACTS and EVENT DETAILS for Lakes Rodeo!
1. Don't forget we moved Lakes Rodeo to GREEN LANTERN Bar & Grill this year.
2. General Public Parking is always FREE - see the map below, we are able to offer up the large field to the south of Green Lantern and there will be signs.
3. We have rented bleachers for better viewing of the entire rodeo arena this year. Seating is first come first sit with exception to our sponsor VIP reserved seating section.
4. You can bring BLANKETS to sit on or wrap up in when the temps get chilly. We will just ask to open the blankets at the gate for security reasons. DRESS WARM - it will be dry and partly sunny but the temps do get cool this time of year.
5. We will have tasty concessions and a full bar in the event area so no outside food or beverage will be allowed (as usual).
6. Lakes Rodeo is Bulls and Barrel Racing only and non-stop action. We also have one of the best Funnymen around and the kids will have a blast with activities he has planned during the rodeo in the arena.
7. The riders will hang around after the rodeo in the event area to meet and greet and sign autographs for anyone who is interested.
8. The BAND Frybread (not the food) will perform 9 p.m. to 12 a.m. inside the Green Lantern where it will be nice and warm after the rodeo so you can dance the rest of the night away!
9. KIDS COLORING CONTEST held 5 p.m. to 6:45 p.m. in the concession area. Kids in various age categories can win tasty juice packs from Viking Coke.
10. We will have a credit card machine at ticketing and concessions - otherwise cash is king. There is an ATM inside the Green Lantern Bar & Grill.
11. Buy your tickets in advance to save a little money at the Green Lantern, CUB Brainerd, CUB Baxter while supplies last or online at www.lakesrodeo.com Otherwise you can buy your tickets at the gate for $5 more on adult tickets (from $25 to $30) but Kids 6-12 years old are always $15 in advance or at gate and kids under 5 are free. Or if you are 99+ years old, you get in free too!
12. Be prepared to kick off fall with a fun family event on the first Saturday night in September!
