# # 🛡️ 90-Day Warranty
**Policy:** Everything we sell is covered by a 90-day warranty.
**In plain English:** If something you purchase from us stops working or develops a problem within 90 days, bring it back and we'll take care of it under the terms of our warranty.

**Policy:** GameZilla will make a reasonable effort to repair or replace any item that develops a covered problem during the warranty period.
**In plain English:** We'll either fix it or replace it. Our goal is to make sure you leave with a working product.

**Policy:** If we are unable to repair or replace the item, a refund will be issued.
**In plain English:** A refund is the **last option**. We'll first try to fix the item or replace it with another comparable item. If neither is possible, we'll refund your purchase.

**Policy:** The warranty does not cover abuse, misuse, neglect, accidental damage, liquid damage, unauthorized modification, or other customer-caused damage.
**In plain English:** If the item was dropped, smashed, liquid-damaged, modified, taken apart, or otherwise damaged by the customer, the warranty does not apply.

**Policy:** Warranty coverage does not apply to buyer's remorse, changes of mind, or dissatisfaction with a properly functioning item.
**In plain English:** If you simply change your mind after buying something, decide you don't like it, or find something you'd rather have, that's not a warranty issue. The item must have a problem or failure covered by the warranty.

# # 🔄 Trades & Items Offered for Sale
**Policy:** GameZilla reserves the right to accept or decline any item offered for trade or sale for any reason.
**In plain English:** We don't have to accept every game, console, accessory, or other item brought into the store. We may decline an item if we don't want it, can't use it, don't have room for it, or for any other reason.

**Policy:** There is no charge to diagnose a console or other repair item.
**In plain English:** Bring it in and we'll take a look at it. **You don't pay just for us to diagnose the problem.**

**Policy:** If an item is determined to be unrepairable, there is no diagnostic or repair charge.
**In plain English:** If we determine that your console or other item simply can't be repaired, **you don't owe us anything for the diagnosis or our attempt to determine the problem.**

**Policy:** Payment for completed repairs is due when the item is picked up.
**In plain English:** **No payment is required up front.** Once your repair is finished, you pay when you pick it up.

# # 📦 Unclaimed Repairs
**Policy:** Customers have 90 days from the date a repair is completed to pick up their item.
**In plain English:** Once we tell you your repair is finished, you have **90 days to come get it.**

**Policy:** After 90 days, an unclaimed item may be considered abandoned and may be sold to recover the cost of the repair, parts, labor, storage, and other associated expenses.
**In plain English:** We can't store repaired items indefinitely. If an item isn't picked up within 90 days after the repair is completed, **we may consider it abandoned and sell it to recover our costs.**
