Southern Dance Theatre Since 1983, Southern Dance Theatre has offered dance classes for students of all levels, ages 3 & up Classes are held in our state-of-the-art facility.

Serving Palm Beach County, Florida, we offer classes in ballet, pointe, contemporary, modern, jazz, hip hop, tap, private lessons, special needs class, and prep art school auditions. Our experience covers students from beginner to pre-professional as demonstrated by our student graduates that have gone on to professional companies and centers of higher education, such as The Juilliard School in Ne

w York City. Southern Dance Theatre is the only dance school in the area that offers a “Dance Movement” program to special needs students ages 13 and up. Whether you are seeking a career in dance or simply looking for a way to have fun and get fit, you will find an open door to a world of self-enrichment and fine dance instruction at Southern Dance Theatre in Lake Worth, Florida.

We couldn’t be more proud of our 🍪!

At her very first National with Leap National Dance Competition , she earned 3rd Place Overall with her solo, “Pink Ribbon.”

This dance was so much more than a competition piece—it was a heartfelt tribute to her mom and her courageous cancer journey. 💕 Every performance came straight from the heart, reminding us all that dance has the power to tell stories, inspire hope, and honor the people we love most.

Watching you share such a personal story with the audience was something truly special. So, Congratulations on an unforgettable first Nationals! We are beyond proud of you and can’t wait to watch your journey continue. 💞🎀
