This is a total-body workout experience where we move slowly focusing on balance, alignment, posture, flexibility, deep core strength and breath to create a connection between your mind and muscles that will leave your heart pumping, body dripping, muscles shaking and feeling your most empowered, centered and BADASS self!💋🔥 🌶️ 💪
