Race recap from Sunday at Action Track USA. Jase timed 7th and started on the pole of his heat. Jase ran an awesome race and won the heat! With the invert, Jase started on the pole of the feature. Jase set sail on each restart and on lap 24 had a 3 second lead on Briggs Danner in 2nd. Unfortunately there was a yellow on lap 24 and Briggs started on Jase’s outside. These two ran side by side for the last 6 laps. Briggs on the high side and Jase on the bottom. It came down to the last turn with Danner beating Jase by .27 seconds at the checkered flag. While it was not a win finishing 2nd to a USAC Silvercrown and BC39 winner is nothing to be disappointed about. On to the next race and hopefully carry this momentum. Full recap coming later but…. Jase finally had a good night at the track. Jase led 29 1/2 of the 30 laps in the speedstr feature. Before the yellow on lap 24 Jase had a 3 second lead on the 2nd place car. Briggs Danner Racing got him on the last turn coming to the checkered by .27 seconds. After that last lap pass Jase was up next to Briggs on the cool down lap giving him a thumbs up!

It’s hard to believe it’s the last race of the year at Action Track USA. Hopefully our mechanical bugs are behind us and Jase can have a great race tomorrow.

All ready to hit Evergreen Raceway tomorrow! Lets see if Jase remembers how to drive on asphalt…. Last time was in a quarter midget 🤦🏻‍♂️.

Well what do they say if it wasn’t for bad luck we would have no luck at all 😢. I feel so bad for this kid. Jase started 4th in the feature and made it to 2nd all over leader. 12 laps in the magneto decided it’s time was done and Jase lost power pulling into the infield. Heartbreak again. Jase was the 2nd fastest car in the entire field during the feature. If you know anything about racing, look at the names is this feature and for Jase to be 2nd quickest lap in feature is a small win in its self. Unfortunately the results don’t show the potential Jase has. One of these nights we will catch a break.
