Sharing this 'cause why not.

Jeremy doesn't dig store bought gifts, so I choreographed this for him for our 19th anniversary.

When I came back to skating 3.5 years ago to coach, my Dad was very ill and I was caring for him the first year, which was harder and more beautiful than I could imagine. He passed away during my second year of coaching and during my third year, my childhood home was sold and we left my hometown, moving into a new home and new life.

It's been hard to focus on learning the many often-changing rules, regs and trends of skating. I'll never feel caught up. Some people love to hate me and others are extremely patient with my kaleidoscopic process. That's how it's always been in all aspects of my life.

I'll never feel perfect and neither is this. But I'm not giving up and this is a start.

I call it "19 years with Jeremy."

I wrote a thing. A very different kind of thing, inspired by my life adventures and guided by my Dad who won't stop talking to me from beyond the grave. No idea why I wrote this piece of ridiculousness. No idea why I HAVE to make it NOW. But I do, and I'd love your help.

Thursday, August 29, the Stoneham Arena is going to be turned into Sasquatch Skating Club and Theatre (S**T) and an extremely talented cast of eclectic characters will bring several pages of the pilot episode to life to create a trailer, which we'll use to pitch the series.

Truly overjoyed to honor my father, grandfather and the entire Manuel family’s legacy of using music to bring community together in celebration of our differences rather than in spite of them. I hope EVERYONE can come to this. The music and magic of the Manuel’s Black & White Orchestra lives on!!
