I started with Zumba and now teach Dance Mix, a combination of different dance and strength fitness. Join me for classes at BAC South, located out Nashville Road on Flex Park Drive! You don't have to be a member, you can come as a guest for $6. It doesn't matter if you have 2 left feet, what age you are or your size...Its truly something for everyone!

**My classes at BAC main are currently suspended due to covid.

We are excited to announce we will be re-opening on June 1st and are excited to see all of our members back in the gym!

January 1 is a new day to a new year! Come kick it off with me at BAC for a special New Years Day class starting at 1:15 in the coed room!
There will be no child care and no other classes on this day but please join me if you can!

Celebrate New Year's with one of our bonus classes on either New Year's Eve or Day!

These will be the only classes available on 12/31 & 1/1 and only at the Scottsville Rd. location.
