This weekend, WGTE Public Media's program New Music from Bowling Green featured an entire episode on our latest CD on Albany Records. Called "The Voice of the Composer; New Music from Bowling Green, #9" the CD features music from Mikel Kuehn, Augusta Read Thomas, Gabriela Lena Frank, Louis Karchin, and Shulamit Ran, with soloists Conor Nelson, Caroline Eva Chin, violin and Brian Snow. I am SO proud of the work out talented orchestra, the Bowling Green BGSU Philharmonia Orchestra has done.

We had a wonderful performance of Cendrillon by Pauline Viardot last night at the Donnell Theater in the Wolfe Center for the Arts at BGSU College of Musical Arts. The cast is terrific, the orchestra marvelous, the costumes and sets stunning! AND it's less than two hours WITH intermission! Sung in English too. If you're looking for something beautiful to do on Sunday at 3:00pm please come!
