2025 was a long, stress filled year with loads of anxiety. Building our new home and personal health goals/ setbacks/ accomplishments set me into some deep spirals. The greatest loneliness I've felt in a long time comes with being detached from my art. I am not sure people who don't create can relate to what I feel when I'm not making something. Today, I sat down in my closet with some posca pens and an unfinished piece. I've struggled all year to see her potential. Her potential "my potential" what could be has been lost for so long. Not this evening, tonight I see her / me again. Hello 2026, let's try to not be the artist that cries on Instagram this year. Let us drink from the loving cup all year long to the tune of happiness and the act of making something beautiful. Love y'all, thanks for being here

"Caffeinated Woman" 36 by 48

She was a joy to create! I struggled for a good portion of 2024 with putting brush to canvas. But this lady here was the caffine to my creative soul. If you would like to look at her in person or purchase her please stop in where she is available for purchase
